Les Kessler – Senior VP
Mr. Kessler has over 30 years of experience in financial management including 10 years in the public accounting environment. Prior to Regal Payment Systems, LLC, Mr. Kessler was Chief Financial Officer of Abanco International, LLC, an independent sales organization marketing POS equipment, credit card and check processing services. He held that position for twelve years. Mr. Kessler is a member of the executive committee and heads the financial and accounting aspects of the company.
Karen Whiteley – VP of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Karen brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Regal Payment Systems. Her background in executive management includes some of the top organizations in the payments industry today, including Concord EFS, First National Bank of Omaha and Abanco International. Karen’s experience includes building successful sales teams from the ground level by producing recruiting, training and sales programs to direct the office staff and outside sales divisions. In addition to her management background, Karen is experienced in building profitable relationships with major accounts, including financial institutions and brick and mortar merchants. She is committed to the success of Regal Payment Systems and will bring her expertise and direction to our ISOs, Agents and Merchants to build stronger and more profitable relationships.
Cheryl Huckaby – VP of Operations
Cheryl Huckaby, with over 25 years of experience in the bankcard industry, serves as Regal Payment Systems’ Vice President of Operations. Cheryl oversees all Operations for our growing merchant portfolio, including Customer Support, Data Entry, Underwriting, Risk Management, Tech Support, Training and Retention.
Cheryl has earned a well-respected reputation in the credit card industry over the years because of her hands-on approach to customer service and her dedication to both her team and our sales organizations. Cheryl began her career in the bankcard industry in 1987 as a Sales Support Agent for U.S. Bankcard/PMT in Nashville. Over the years she has held many positions with various bankcard organizations including training manager at American Bankcard and Abanco International and Director of MART at Concord/EFS National Bank in Memphis. Cheryl, with her vast industry knowledge and experience has played a key role in helping our company evolve into the industry leader that it is today.
Denise McTigue – Client Relationship Manager
Denise McTigue is a veteran in the Payments industry with 20 years of experience providing service and support in various roles. She began her career in the Bankcard industry in 1993 while serving as a Customer Service Manager for American National Bankcard of Chicago. Denise also served as Assistant to the Vice President of Sales with Landmark Merchant Services, Manager of Merchant Services at National Translink and as Team Lead and ISO Relationship Manager for Moneris Solutions. Respected by her peers for her comprehensive knowledge of both the Sales and Operations divisions, she provides an added level of support to our ISOs, Agents and Merchants.
